I was greeted on my arrival by Raul who took care of my check-in. He is an absolute gem. I have rarely been greeted by such kind and helpful personnel at any hotel. I was staying for a short visit and he provided all the information I needed both for my convenience in the hotel, and regarding sightseeing on my little time off, in excellent English. He was cheerful and patient on all occasions when he was on duty. I had arrived early and was immediately offered a space to relax and if necessary arrange my luggage for safe keeping until a room was available. Housekeeping was contacted and a room was made ready. The room was very comfortable and was as advertised. It was kept spotlessly cleaned. It could have had more conveniently placed electrical points for charging phones etc, but there were sufficient plugs for my needs. I enjoyed the stay and I would recommend this hotel for others with a similar budget.

The hotel location is very good. As you walk fr Barcelona Sants to the locations, you can see local places like restaurants that serves authentic dishes. The safety and security in the hotel is very good. Mariza, the waitress in the restaurant is energetic and looks motivated while serving customers their breakfast. She’s polite and attentive. She’s really good! NH Entenza is highly recommended. Approved!

A nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The location is not bad, has easy and quick access to bus stations, that connect to all the city, and to metro and train stations. Some noise gets through the windows but nothing that wouldn't let you sleep. Only "problem" is the water pressure from the shower, it was not ideal but not too bad either.

Good location, easy access to metro station with 5-10 minutes walk, friendly and polite staff, room very clean with comfortable bed, well isolated walls allowing good sleep and mini fridge was everything we needed. Only downside was too much chlorine in shower water

We had a delightful stay at NH Entenza Barcelona. The front desk staff, including the exceptionally kind Raul, Victoria, and Juanjo, made check-in efficient (even with minor problem with GHA reservation) and added a warm touch to my experience. The hotel's amenities, featuring luxurious green tea cosmetics and the signature NH standard shower, elevated the overall comfort. The beds were, as always, incredibly comfortable, maintaining NH Hotels' high standards. Being a Titanium member, I was upgraded from a standard to a superior room, enhancing my stay with free coffee and tea, bathrobes, slippers and larger room. The bathroom was stocked with toothbrush, sponge, shaving kit and comb. We also got late check out as an NH Discovery member. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with a special mention for Anna, whose service made it even more enjoyable. Fruit juices were great. However, I would suggest including a greater variety of vegetables to enhance the dining experience. Despite this small detail, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations and upgrade made my time at NH Entenza Barcelona truly memorable. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, with two metro stations, including Sants, in close proximity, making exploration of the city convenient and accessible.
